Do you know how to safely remove a tick?

If you spend time outdoors, it’s worth knowing what to do if one latches on.

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Use clean tweezers
2️⃣ Grab the tick’s head, close to the skin
3️⃣ Pull straight out, slowly and gently
4️⃣ Save it in a baggie or container (just in case symptoms develop)

⚠️ Don’t twist or squeeze—ticks are fragile, and it’s important to remove them whole.

Have you heard of Swimmer’s Ear? 👂💦

It’s a common outer ear infection caused by water getting trapped in the ear canal—especially after swimming.

Watch for:
🌀 Itching or discomfort inside the ear
🌀 Redness or swelling
🌀 Trouble hearing
🌀 Fluid drainage or pain when you tug the ear

If you’re spending lots of time in the pool or lake, dry your ears well and talk to your pharmacist if symptoms show up.
