It’s been awhile since I have been active with my Laughter Yoga Page, my apologies.

When Covid hit, my practice did as well. Then my focus was finishing my Masters degree in divinity. Shortly after graduation in 2022, I fell ill with Acute myeloid Leukaemia. I’m certainly on the other side of it being two years in remission.

I have since become ordained and am now ready to fully embrace blending practices as the importance of Laughter is extremely important in a lost world.

I was reflecting this morning about laughter and grief. On Sunday past, I was officiating a Blue Christmas service, a service of grief and hope. I preached about the importance of finding moments of joy in your day and the importance there of, laughing is one of the four pillars of joy! Even a fake smile can help alter your mood! Fake it until you make it!
