CANCELLATION POLICY

I am sorry to do this, as I am normally very understanding that ‘life happens’, but due to an overwhelming amount of missed appointments and last minute cancellations this year I will now be enforcing the cancellation policy.

24hrs Notice is required for cancellation

Patients cancelling within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay a $25 fee.

Patients that do no give notice of cancellation prior to their scheduled appointment are required to pay the full charge.
