𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮!
Can you spare yourself a few moments each morning to have a mindful moment?

Did you know you can create a mindful moment at any point throughout the day?
And it does not have to be doing the dishes.

I've heard so much about setting aside time to meditate, to practice mindfulness, to sit and breathe (my personal favorite, did you notice? 😉😁 ), to exercise, and the list goes on and on . . . .
Are you feeling the pressure yet?

The easiest way to alleviate that pressure is to focus on your breath for 1 minute.
Yes, I said ONE minute. I've been doing it for years, and I've not had an anxiety attack in over 4 years. I do encourage more than just one minute, but if that is all you have - take it! It is for your health and peace of mind which makes it matter a heck of a lot!

My mindful moment often comes while washing the dishes by hand (I don't use a dishwasher). It is a peaceful few moments, the warm sudsy water, the gentle tinkling of the dishes moving in the water, the clinking of the silverware at the bottom of the sink, the wind ruffling the blinds, the traffic in the distance, the hum of the fridge, and noticing my breath.
And the gentle still calm that is always with me (and you too!!) started to glow from the inside out.

Can you allow yourself to find a mindful moment here & there throughout the day? It can be picking up a pen, noticing the treetop sway in the breeze, cooking a meal, playing with the kids/the dog/the cat . . . . .
It will change the way you look at everything in your life.

If that is something you would like to experience, without spending hours, days or weeks waiting for results, message me. I love to listen -- that's when intuition kicks in and gives me the ideas (or a solution) specifically for you.

Pause, breathe out first, pause, breathe in,
Relax your shoulders, breathe out slowly, breathe in through your nose,
and keep repeating the breath out and in.
Notice the thoughts and feelings that pop up.
And then handle it.
Or notice it, and, if necessary, find someone to talk to about what you are feeling.
Blessings 🙏
