Jubilee lodge Coffee Row!

We are starting a new thing where the community members can come have coffee and a snack and visit with our residents. This will happen once a month! Hopefully creating new lasting friendships!

The first coffee row is today at 2:30pm

It is a $2 entry fee!

So come enjoy a cup of coffee, snack and good ol conversation and maybe even some games!

Some pictures of our activities this week

Yesterday we had brunch club where a small group of residents got to have brunch, and were able to visit and reminisce!

Today we welcomed the first day of spring with starting some seeds and added the first plants to our indoor greenhouse! Residents shared stories and shared what they used to plant in their gardens 🪴🌱

We made shamrock sugar cookies in the morning and finished the day off with green beer and tattoos 🍺☘️

Our valentines festivities:

Made heart shaped sugar cookies with the help of our volunteer Riley! Then we had the kindergarten class join us and they sang some songs and made a heart shape craft with our residents and finished the day with a Valentine’s Day party💗

We would also like to thank everyone who supported our Valentine’s Day fundraiser. We raised $952 dollars which will help us buy new raised flower beds for our garden!

The Rec department is doing a valentines fundraiser selling carnations and candy grams to help spread the love and surprise a resident
and/or staff!

Orders are due February 5th and will be delivered to residents and staff on February 13th💗
