Please join us on January 28th for an educational event featuring Betty Smallwood, the Palliative Care Lead and Clinical Coach, who will discuss DNR and Palliative Care. This will be followed by a luncheon and updates on family council matters.

Christmas 2025 was truly special, and we're thankful to everyone who helped make it happen. Our Christmas morning was filled with joy, thanks to your generosity. Even amidst an outbreak, we managed to bring cheer to our community with two Santas on each floor. We're grateful for our community partners like Tim Hortens East Manager Sam and team, Northern Ontario Information Station and Northern Credit Union, who joined in the spirit with secret Santa gifts. A Huge Thank you for your kind generosity.

Outbreak is over!!!
We're relieved to share that the outbreak has come to an end. However, we ask that you continue to wear masks to protect our residents, given the high volume of visitors and staff moving through the home. Your assistance in keeping our community healthy is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Near North Lane and the annual Polar Bear Races. Poor Jingle's polar bear got that bug going around so he had to ride a reindeer, but it looks like it's working to his advantage. The judges are closely watching the Fa La La line to see who crosses first while Mr. C cheers them on. Word is he put a little down on Jingle's reindeer.

Those CJKL reindeer races got nothing on us!
