Blanche River Health is a fully accredited hospital organization committed to providing quality patient-centered health care services in Northern and Central Timiskaming. It continues to lead in Health Care Services by collaborating with Community Health Partners creating safe and healthy communities and ensuring seamless transitions to other Health Services.

You can now check estimated wait times online before heading to the hospital for non-urgent needs.⏱️🏥

The benefits of this system are significant. It provides greater transparency and a sense of control during what can often be a stressful time. By knowing how long the estimated wait is, patients can better manage their expectations and plan accordingly. This system also helps patients understand when it might be better to seek care at a different time or location, ultimately leading to a more efficient use of healthcare resources.

This project was made possible thanks to incredible community support from Alamos Gold Young-Davidson Mine and other generous donors to the Blanche River Health Foundation. 🙌

It's almost time for the 🍪Cookie Decorating Challenge!
It’s a friendly showdown between:
• Dr. McPherson, Blanche River Health Chief of Staff🩺
• Jonathan Laderoute, Alamos Gold Inc. Young-Davidson Mine Community Relations Specialist
• Kyle Belec, Agnico Eagle Ontario Mine Superintendent, Mine Operations

They’ll have a set time to decorate as many presentable cookies as possible. We’ll livestream parts of it on Facebook, but honestly — it’s way more fun in person. Come cheer them on!
