Good Afternoon,
Over the past two weeks, I have experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations. While I completely understand that illnesses and medical appointments may arise unexpectedly, last-minute cancellations due to forgetfulness are not considered valid reasons.
I am sending this as a reminder of my cancellation policy:
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Time is valuable for all of us, and cancelled or missed appointments create gaps in the schedule that cannot be filled. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or do not arrive for your appointment, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the scheduled service will be applied. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
I do understand that extenuating circumstances may occur, and the fee may be waived in cases of illness or the death of a loved one.
I have been very understanding over the past 17 years; however, due to the recent increase in last-minute cancellations, I must enforce these policies moving forward in order to continue providing reliable service.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
