🌿 A baby’s first months are full of changes and sometimes, a little gentle help can make a big difference.

If you’re noticing a head tilt or a flat spot on your baby’s head, you’re not alone — and we’re here to help. 💛

At Lyrette Physiotherapy, our team is experienced in treating Torticollis (tight neck muscles) and Plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) in infants. We provide gentle, baby-led care and full support for parents through every step of your child’s development.

You might notice:
-Your baby always turns their head to one side
-Their head appears slightly tilted
-A flat spot forming on the back or side of the head
-Difficulty with tummy time or feeding on one side

Early physiotherapy can improve comfort, alignment, and development, and the earlier we begin, the better the results.
