On August 13th, we said goodbye to our amazing Coach Olivia. She’s been a huge part of our Iron Bodyfit Kirkland family—motivating, inspiring, and cheering all of us on, every single day. Before starting her next chapter, Olivia wanted to share a few words from the heart with all of you. 💛
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone from the Iron Bodyfit Kirkland family.
Being a coach here has been so much more than just a job. It’s been a place where I’ve grown, laughed, been challenged, and most importantly, connected with some of the most incredible people. Coaching you, supporting you, and watching so many of you push past limits has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
As I leave to begin a new chapter in my studies to become a Radiation Oncology Technologist, I do so with a full heart. This next path means the world to me but I can honestly say that leaving this community is not easy.
I’ll carry all the memories, the early mornings, the high-fives after tough sessions, the small wins, and the big transformations with me. While I’m proud to be stepping into healthcare, I truly hope I never see any of you in my future department. Let’s keep our future reunions in gyms, not clinics. 💛
Also, in true Iron Bodyfit fashion, I have to say this: if any of you ever need tips on growing tomatoes (or anything else in the garden), you know who to call 🤣. Coach, future healthcare worker, and part-time plant whisperer at your service. 🌱🍅
Thank you for believing in me, trusting me, and allowing me to be part of your journey. Iron Bodyfit Kirkland will always hold a special place in my heart.
And please, for the love of God, remind the guys to water the plants. 🪴
Try your best to always squat lower and whatever you do, don’t drop your pencil!
With love and deep gratitude,
Olivia 💕( on instagram if ever you want to stay in touch )
