CHCKW was pleased to host the honourable Mike Harris, MPP for today's announcement of a $4.1 million investment to primary care in Kitchener-Waterloo!

This investment is part of the Ontario Government’s Primary Care Action Plan that will help connect 300,000 people to primary care this year.

“We appreciate the leadership of Ontario Health and the Primary Care Action Team in shining a light on the urgent issue of unattached patients across our province. Here at Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo, we’re grateful to work alongside dedicated partners across the Kitchener-Waterloo region to create meaningful, community-rooted solutions. Together, we're building a stronger, more connected primary care system that ensures everyone has access to the care they need and deserve.”
