Portion control & proteinโฃ
Train your metabolism with resistance training โฃ
Positive reinforcement โฃ

Not fad diets, shakes and random workouts. โฃ They never stick.

It's the basics, because they work (just ask the hundreds of women Iโve helped torch 20, 30, and even 50 lbs of stubborn body fat).โฃ

Start making time for yourself girl! Set those boundaries!โฃ

Manage your portions and protein intake appropriately with mainly whole, minimally processed foods. Track it. Find those hidden fats and carbs you have been consuming which made you stay stuck. โฃ(Just like my client Destiny discovered and now she's dropping to new pant sizes!)

Remember, you can't improve what you don't measure. โฃ

Train your body hard 3-4 days each week with proper programming (ask me how). โฃ
Get support and surround yourself with people who are in it for life too!

Make it part of who you are, not just something you do when itโs convenient.โฃ
