Even Arnold Schwarzenegger himself can't get you results if you are just aren't going to put in the effort.

I've been coaching athletes & gen pop, women, men, kids for over 25 years.

I've done it the wrong way, learned a ton of lessons and today I can guarantee results or it's free.

However ...there is a pre-req.

You have to want it and you have to put in effort.

Unfortunately, I cant help anyone if all they do is resist, deflect and avoid.

I'm really not here to pull teeth to try to get someone to do something.

Commitment looks the same for everyone. But effort doesn't.

I am super excited to have a special guest speaker on our Pow Wow meeting tonight.

Please welcome Colleen Mahar of Colleen Mahar Counselling Services.

Colleen is a mom just like many of us who is also a registered Social Worker and Counselling Therapist.

Colleen lost 20 pounds in 90 days in The Love Your Body Again Blueprint and literally flew through this program!

Tonight we are going to learn from Colleen as well as have the chance to pick her brain about how she was able to keep her mindset so strong, which is one of the biggest pillars required to be able to push forward during a weight-loss journey!

My Fitness Failure was following a coaches recommendations to eat the same thing every day.

I lost 35 pounds in under 10 weeks.

I was really sick.

Had a molar pregnancy right after because lack of nutrients.

Almost had to get chemotherapy because of this growth in my body.

Was traumatized and against weight loss for over two years. It still affects me to this day.

And yes I gained it all back really fast plus more.

Will never do rapid, restrictive dieting ever again ....nor coach it to anybody

Stop wondering if you're good enough for other people and start wondering if they're good enough for you.

When you start putting yourself first, the woman you become will cost you people, relationships, space and material things that's weren't serving you.

When you put yourself first you will start to become the dream version of yourself and everything good and positive in your world starts to fall into place.

1. The scale will fluctuate throughout the week. Compare your weekly average weight-loss, not daily fluctuations.

2. Fat-loss is different than weight-loss. Even if the scale is moving slower, your clothes may be fitting better because of body fat decreasing. You are still doing well!

3. This is a lifestyle, not a temporary journey. Create habits that you will enjoy and thus you will sustain your results!

4. Vigorous cardio is not necessary for weight-loss. Just walking daily can do wonders for your body.

5. Protein is an essential nutrient. Aim for 1.2g/kg of body weight. Your body will thank you in so many ways along with helping you lose body fat!

6. Comparison is the thief of joy. Reward yourself for your accomplishments and how far you've come. Don't beat yourself up for how far you still have to go.

7. You have 365 days to make a change this year. Every day that goes by that you don't put one foot forward is another day you are wiling to stay stuck. It is up to you to start implementing.
