Clients had so much fun picking out their plants for our community garden plot! Every week through the rest of the summer, clients will meet to tend to the plants. The best part? They’ll take home whatever they grow to so they can enjoy fresh produce all season.

This year we’re particularly excited about the addition of broccoli and cauliflower.

Over 40% of the clients we serve identify as having experienced psychosis. Every day, with proper supports, these clients thrive in our communities.

Rob is a powerful advocate, not just as a member of our Board of Directors, but as a community speaker and writer.

Anyone else get out in the garden this long weekend?

Thanks to a kind group of neighbours, the garden beds at our transitional housing site on Delhi Street in Guelph are already full of soil and ready to go! They got the idea after chatting with our staff at a community meeting, sharing that they were "looking for a way for the community to be part of this community [at Delhi]."

We're so grateful, not just that they came out to fill beds alongside our clients, but for their support all year long. We couldn't ask for better neighbours!

The Moosehide Campaign is a grassroots campaign founded when Paul and his daughter Raven were hunting moose along the Highway of Tears and felt inspired to take action to end the violence against Indigenous women and girls.

This past month, we've been inviting staff and clients to join them - and make a commitment to protect the women, children, and gender diverse people in their lives - by wearing a moose hide pin.

Today, on Red Dress Day, it's a commitment that is even more top of mind. Staff will be joining for 's walk at 10:00 AM at 300 Frederick St. in Kitchener today, we hope to see you there.

It's official! Our partners at Crow Shield Lodge have now received their first parcel of land! The surplus green space around our Hyland Road property in Guelph is now a part of their land trust.
