**2026 Plunge.** This is my plunge… but what are *you* plunging into?
New Year’s energy can get loud fast—rules, numbers, performance, and the annual “fix yourself” pep talk. I’m aiming higher: **harmony over punishment**. A year of recalibration from the inside-out, and not as a solo mission. We do this together—in community, in conversation, in small daily choices that stack into a new rhythm.
**Permission slip for 2026:** permission to be unfinished, permission to explore, permission to laugh mid-mission, permission to change lanes without it meaning the whole plan is broken, permission to be messy while you’re becoming.
Lately it feels less like me steering the ship and more like learning how to get quiet enough to hear what’s steering me. That’s why I love the Vision Quest framing (kudos to **Vishen Lakhiani**): the **3 Most Important Questions**—a Soul Map you can actually live inside:
1. **Who am I becoming?**
2. **What does my soul want to experience and express in this lifetime?**
3. **How does my life feed the world?**
And yeah—somewhere in the middle of all this, I realized: I’m a Capricorn… but an **uncorked** one. Still driven. Still building. Just less boxed in. I’m not huge on labels, but I do like patterns. When you understand how you’re wired—how you flow, create, and relate—you stop forcing life like it owes you rent, and you start moving with it.
Now fold those questions into **The Journey** eight-point compass—micro-moves with meaning (simple, doable, and quietly powerful):
**BE:** Identity before strategy. Name the trait you’re practicing.
**BREATHE:** Two minutes daily, longer exhales. It helps you respond, not react.
**PLAY:** Curiosity over perfection. Do one thing that makes you feel alive.
**FLOW:** Water + presence. Hydrate early; let your day move smoother.
**MOVE:** “Movement snacks” = 2–5 minutes of motion every 60–90 minutes (stairs, brisk lap, squats, mobility) to reset circulation and energy.
**FUEL:** Choose what steadies you—simple, real, consistent—so your mood and cravings don’t run the show.
**REST:** Protect nights. Same wake time most days; let recovery be dependable.
**CONNECT:** One meaningful reach-out daily. Belonging changes your biology—and your story.
My guiding sentence for 2026:
I am a soulful, musical, medicine-carrying man, here to live fully, grow in love, and let my healed life ripple into families, communities, and this Earth—until the whole thing feels like one long, shared prayer of gratitude.
