ut the human body and my curiosity finds me learning about everything from the latest wellness trends, fitness goals, scientific research, biomechanics, fascia………the list is endless. Lately, I have been studying Osteopathy and find that, while much of my past reading has already taken my treatments in this direction, there is so much more to learn and explore! Life, to me, is about experience and growth. And it’s when you get lost in the day to day, struggle to find time, or simply get complacent with where you are…..that is when life rears up to remind you to keep moving. Whether it’s through family, fitness, education, spirituality, or friendships, there is always something new waiting for you to discover.
