A conscientious, individual is needed for supporting an ongoing Chiropractic practice. Duties to include receiving and ushering of patients, collecting payments, booking appointments via telephone, in person or by electronic means are standard. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office environment is essential and basic social media with a business directive along basic marketing skills are preferred. The commitment is for an average 25hr work week that coincides with the Doctor’s general hours, including daytime and two evenings. Individuals that are courteous, professional, timely and accurate with operations and patients are invited to apply. Also, applicants with previous health office experience or training, especially holding previous work experience in a Chiropractic or allied health profession are preferred. Looking for a mature, conscientious individual to assist with front office coverage for a Chiropractor, Massage therapist and general multidisciplinary office. Duties to include booking appointments, ushering patients, collecting payments, answering emails and telephone calls. Competency in computer operation and basic Microsoft suites are necessary. Basic social medial navigation in a business orientation is a bonus. Previous experience working in a health office is preferred - especially for a Chiropractor is also a bonus.
