Just your neighbourhood RMT getting ready for a prenatal treatment! Before COVID and all the restrictions that followed I was lucky enough to take courses in prenatal massage and labour support.

I learned so much about the amazing ways the body prepares us for labour, but also how these changes can come along with muscle tension and discomfort.

Massage therapy can be helpful in managing these changes at all stages of pregnancy!

Happy New Year! In 2021, I’m not about resolutions. I have never been one to see them through, usually because I set goals that reflect my insecurities. This year I am for doing what you can, when you can. Showing up for yourself everyday, even in the smallest ways. Lately, I have turned to finding joy in the smallest things. I soak up the sun when it shines, I smile at strangers, I light candles, I dance, I nap. And I laugh and I cry and push and pull but at the end of each day I have done my best. And that is always enough!

I hope this year you find ways to care for yourself a little bit more. And a little goes a long way❤️

June 8th is just around the corner and many of you have booked in for a treatment! I wanted to give you all a quick breakdown of what to do when you arrive for your appointment.

If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID we ask that you cancel your appointment!

Arrive at the clinic as close to your appointment as possible and wait in your car. Your therapist will call you to ask a few pre-screening questions and invite you in when it’s safe to do so.

A mask is required for all treatments. This can be a freshly laundered fabric mask or disposal. The mask must be worn prior to entering the clinic.

Sanitizer will be available upon entering the clinic and should be used immediately.

The measures for increased sanitation and cleaning protocols within the clinic are being taken very seriously by all our practitioners! Together we can create an environment we’re treatments can be provided with minimal risk of infection. @ Mosuo Health Clinic & Yoga Studio
