I’m beyond honored to have been part of this journey, and seeing my client reclaim her health is the ultimate reward. 🪴🌟🌟

Here’s is my lovely client journey in her own words:

“My Metabolic lifestyle change with Katie as my mentor began in March 2024. I am so grateful to Katie for her guidance and knowledge in achieving my weight loss goal. The last 6 months has been transformative for myself thanks to Katie and the Metabolic Balance Lifestyle program. The weight loss has been amazing but It is more than that though. It is about having less brain fog, less body pain, reduced inflammation in my body and a very improved self esteem. I began this program with bloodwork that showed I was diabetic. I told my family physician I did not want to be started on medication. I told her I was going to be successful in improving my health by doing the Metabolic Balance program with Katie.
