Your emotions are recurring because your thoughts come first. The brain chemistry works much faster than you pay attention to your thoughts. You find yourself feeling the low frequency energy. We experience it as anger, frustration, sadness, guilt, pitying, etc. We feel palpitations, blood rushes to the face, dry throat, or any sign of physical discomfort.
When you start observing these connections among your thoughts and physical sensations, you understand what thoughts can make to your body.
