We had fresh, fluffy, beautiful pancakes in the Houses this past Tuesday, including the addition of chocolate chips, blueberries, or mixed berries, maple syrup, and whipped cream - whatever suited each resident's fancy. 🥞

Just another way we individualize support for everyone in our care, all while Making Moments Matter. 😊

Once a month, we send out a little list of things we can use for our kitchens and nursing stations in case you have a little extra room in your cart when you're in-store or online shopping. You can drop donations off at either House, and if you're shipping from online, please send items to Innisfree House, 2375 Homer Watson Blvd, Kitchener.

We also keep a handy list of items we can always use on our website - visit lisaardandinnisfree.com and enter 'items' in the search field, or click on the Wish List Items in the About Us section.

Thank you to everyone who picked up SweetHearts for Hospice - we sold out again this year, with all the proceeds staying local to help our residents and their families through the end-of-life journey and into bereavement. Your purchase makes a difference in the lives of so many! 🥰

Making Moments Matter is how we do what we do every day - from the little things (that aren't so little!) to the larger things, like this birthday celebration. 😊🎈

The sister of one of our residents recently turned 91, and we created a fun celebration for her and her sibling (and the staff and volunteers too) - Happy Birthday, Marilyn! Thank you for sharing your day with us 🥰🥳

We have a handful of SweetHearts for Hospice left, and if your sweetie is taken care of, why not sponsor a box or two for individuals in our community who may not be as fortunate to have someone thinking of them this Valentine's Day? 💗
