Dan and Michelle visited Lisaard House to drop off a $3400 cheque from their most recent Fudge Fundraiser - and they're no longer covered with a dusting of powdered sugar! 😂🥰🤗

Michelle has been making and selling fudge for several years, giving the proceeds back to Lisaard & Innisfree in memory of her loving father-in-law Gordon Hanna, who spent his final days at Lisaard House. To date, they have raised $8900 for us that directly supports the heart of our homes – the kitchens! 💙💜

Who doesn't enjoy a sweet and slightly cinnamon-y Snickerdoodle cookie with their coffee or tea? Our Kitchen Coordinators and Baking Volunteers make sure there are always delicious goodies like these at the ready for our residents and guests. Another way we make our Houses your home. 😊🍪☕

Spiritual Care Provider Daina recently visited family in Thunder Bay, snapping a great shot on the way in for a landing! 😄🛩️

Our staff and volunteers are taking their their branded swag along as they travel near and far, and sharing their adventures with us so we can share them with you! 🌎🧳✈️🚙🐠

On behalf of their team at Rockwell, Carmen dropped by with a generous donation of financial and wish list items. Every year, they do a collection around the holidays in support of a local charity - this year, they chose us; over the 25 collective years we've been supporting our community, we have cared for several of their employees and their families.

We are so grateful for the beautiful grounds surrounding our hospice residences - so many gorgeous elements are within sight daily, including a visit from this curious teenager outside our sunrooms at Innisfree. 😊

We took the photo from inside while he was watching, curious creature that he is! Residents, families, staff, and volunteers see all kinds of flora and fauna, depending on the time of year. 🐺

Thank you, neighbours and members of the Cambridge Newfoundland Club for stopping by recently with a generous donation of $15,000! This is their most generous annual Feather Party donation so far, and 100% of the funds support our kitchens. 🍴🍜🥪
