Sometimes we’re carrying more stress than we realize. Even when the present moment doesn’t feel particularly distressing, life’s stressors can quietly accumulate beneath the surface without us noticing.
Take time to check in with yourself. Do a quick body scan: Where am I holding tension? Am I feeling unusually fatigued? Are my emotional reactions surprising me or feeling bigger than expected?
Our bodies often recognize stress before our minds do.
