It’s never too late to start strength training 💪 This beginner-friendly course offers a supportive, non-intimidating introduction using bodyweight, resistance bands, and free weights, with clear guidance and a pace that meets you where you’re at. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or building sustainable habits, you’ll develop strength in a way that feels doable and rewarding.
Regular strength training supports joint health, bone density, balance, and long-term independence 🦴✨ You’ll also learn simple warm-ups, cool-downs, and yoga-inspired stretches 🧘♀️ to create a well-rounded routine you can continue at home or in our drop-in strength classes. All ages welcome, with options and adaptations offered in a small-group setting 🤍
