The holidays can hold a lot of space—joy and connection, but also grief, stress, and high expectations. As we move through these next few days, I want to remind you that your peace is a priority. 🕊️
Take a moment to check in: What do you need right now? Maybe it’s a deep breath, a walk alone, or saying "no" to an extra commitment. Whatever it is, give yourself permission to honour it.
