Trinity Village is a supportive and caring non-profit community for older adults owned and operated by Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo. Made up of a Long Term Care Home, Adult Day Program and Independent Living Townhomes, Trinity Village is conveniently located on Kingsway Drive in Kitchener near Fairview Park Mall. Our Mission : In conjunction with community partners, Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo provides quality programs and facilities that enable people with housing, medical and social needs to live with dignity and respect. Our Vision: Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo, a faith-based ministry, will be a leader in providing superior care through innovative services and community partnerships that enable people to live with dignity and respect. Our Values: As a Christian-based organization, our day-to-day activities are focused on building a community of caring, service-oriented people.

We’re hosting “A Buzz is in the Air” Market and are looking for makers, artisans, and producers who celebrate the magic of the bees. If you sell honey, beeswax products, hive-based goods, or bee-inspired creations, this call is for you!

Earlier this month, we were honoured to celebrate a Christmas Worship Service with St. Peter’s Church, bringing together residents and their loved ones. Through music, worship, and shared moments, the service celebrated connection, hope, and the spirit of the season. 🎄

✨ This month has been full of magical visits! ✨
Last week, the JK/SK students from St. Aloysius Elementary School visited our to spread holiday cheer and perform a beautiful concert for our clients.

The little ones also enjoyed a special visit from Santa. A delightful surprise that had everyone singing together and sharing even more joy!

Recently, our Adult Day Program clients, along with their families and loved ones, came together for a special holiday lunch, enjoying a warm meal, live music, and a joyful celebration in our day program space.

Mohamed brings extensive experience in program and project management across IT and business, including digital transformation, strategic planning, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations implement effective solutions and drive meaningful change. His expertise and practical insight will provide valuable guidance to our Board as we work to enhance the lives of our residents.
