When you have negative perspectives and lenses running your life, they can suck the joy out of your day to day existence.
There's a process of self inquiry that can be very powerful. Yet it requires practice and commitment. The practice is about asking yourself: What are the facts about a situation?
This is quite different from what you might think or the conclusion you might draw about a situation. This is where you get to identify patterns that might be very old. These patterns become way you interpret and respond to life events. The good news is, you can start shifting them into something more life affirming.
