Alex started his journey in year 2025, from the day one, he showed genuine curiosity, dedication, and a willingness to learn. Over the months, we’ve watched him grow—not just in the clinical understanding, but in his confidence, professionalism, and ability to connect with our patients. Hello Community members,
Our clinic will be closed on 3rd April as of Good Friday holiday. There is a slight change in our clinic's next week hours due to personal reasons. We will be working on Monday, 6th April from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and the clinic will be CLOSED on Tuesday, 7th April. However, from Wednesday onwards we will return to our regular working hours.

How are you all doing in this weather?
How is the snow shovelling going? Tired of cleaning, we understand! Here are several tips and tricks for you to prevent related injuries in your physique:

1. Keep your spine neutral (avoid bending or rounding your back)
2. Bend at your hips and knees, not your waist
3. Chest up, shoulders relaxed
4. Squat slightly while keeping your back straight
5. Exhale while lifting (breath out)
6. Avoid twisting - turn with your feet, not your spine
7. Pivot your feet and hips together
8. Take a short break every 10-15 minutes
9. Stretch your back, hamstrings, and shoulders
