Welcoming Dr. Tina Rogers to our team!!

Dr. Tina Rogers a naturopathic doctor and certified sports nutritionist is the first naturopathic doctor in Kitchener-Waterloo region to special interest in sports medicine. Tina graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and spent the last year of her studies working at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic under the co-founder of the sports med group at CCNM, Dr. Lowell Greib, ND.

Tina currently works with a variety of athletes in the Kitchener area ranging from Olympics hopefuls to amateur athletes. She has successfully treated these athletes using trigger point acupuncture, herbal supplements, and dietary modifications.

Tina maintains an active lifestyle, leading Running Room running clinics and practicing Yoga. Her experiences as an athlete allows Tina to relate to her patients, in turn giving her the ability to develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs.

Tina has also had great success treating a variety of health concerns including female health disorders including menstrual irregularities, menopause and infertility, musculoskeletal concerns (fibromyalgia, sciatica, low back pain, chronic fatigue, tendinitis ect), skin disorders including acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Welcoming Dr. Linda Zach to our team!!

Dr. Linda Zach is a chiropractor that strives to find and treat the root cause of your pain. Whether you have a new injury, or have been struggling with a very old one, Dr. Linda can help get you back into the game!

Dr. Linda grew up in Kitchener and attended the University of Waterloo for Kinesiology. She played rugby on the university’s varsity team for five years, and gained some first hand experience with sports injuries. Dr. Linda decided to pursue Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, and graduated in 2012. In 2015, she was part of the medical staff for the Toronto Pan Am Games.

Dr. Linda enjoys continuing her education through technique and assessment courses, and as a result, is able to offer a number of different techniques during a treatment visit. She uses joint manipulation, acupuncture, active release (ART), Graston, Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), and KT taping techniques during treatment. Welcoming Naomi Lance to our team.

Naomi is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists if Ontario (CMTO). She completed her studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) where she graduated with honours and an award for academic excellence. She also has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Waterloo in Therapeutic Recreation.

While at CCMH, Naomi learned how to treat and help prevent injuries through assessment, treatment planning, and remedial exercise. Naomi is passionate about facilitating therapeutic rehabilitation of various conditions and injuries for her clients through personalized treatments catered to the individual needs of each of her clients.

Naomi had a strong athletic background. She holds multiple Track and Field records at the University of Waterloo. She is a former All-Canadian, Canadian Inter-University Sports Medalist, and UW Female Athlete of the Year. Her dedication and pursuit of excellence on and off track has inspired her to promote healthy active lifestyles and improve quality of life for people suffering from pain or limitations in their everyday activities or enhance performance and recovery for those pursuing athletic endeavours.
