To celebrate, each department created a booth showcasing what they do — and it was amazing to see team members (and residents!) exploring, asking questions, and learning more about the many moving parts that make our village so special. From wellness to dining, recreation to housekeeping, every role plays an important part in the resident experience.

When we understand each other’s work, we work better together — and our residents feel the difference every single day. 💫

John and Gayle met through a senior dating website and were married in 2014. Their story is a wonderful reminder that love can begin in the most unexpected ways — and continue to grow with companionship, laughter, and shared moments.

🎉We’re thrilled to introduce our resident Olympians as they prepare to attend the Schlegel Olympics this week. Residents from villages across Schlegel will compete in a variety of events, celebrating teamwork, movement, and community. We couldn’t be more proud of this incredible group 💜💪
