💃🦋Caribana recognizes the profound value of our elders’ stories—their lived experiences, cultural wisdom, and the history they carry. Winston Park was honoured to bring the Green Bench to the festival, a meaningful collaboration rooted in connection, celebration, and purpose.

This afternoon, our residents enjoyed the colourful costumes, vibrant music and dancing at the caribanaignitekitchener festival. 💃

🌍✨ Today we celebrated our 4th Annual Multicultural Event here at Winston Park! 🌟

Residents, team members, and families came together to honour 12 different cultures through food, music, stories, and traditions. 🎶🍲❤️ This event is a true reflection of one of our village aspirations: “Honouring diversity in village life.” 💜

A big thank-you to everyone who shared their culture and to our Village Advisory Team for bringing this celebration to life. More photos to be shared soon!

🍲✨ Our Pursuit of Passions event brought the kitchen to life as residents cooked up their beloved family recipes and shared the stories that make them so special. 💬❤️ Each dish carried its own treasured traditions and secret ingredients, offering a taste of history — and of course, we got to sample them all! 😋👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 What a beautiful way to connect over food, memories, and community. 🥰

💚What a wonderful Wilfred Schlegel Day! 💚

Our community came together in support of Family and Children Services, raising $256 and collecting a bunch of school supplies to help local kids start the school year with confidence 📚✏️🎒

From wrapping gifts with care to enjoying live entertainment and sweet treats, our residents truly embraced the spirit of giving back.
