Have you received Wallet Crisis Resource Cards (also known as Green Cards and Blue Cards) before? If so, we encourage you to review the year code on the bottom right of the cards to ensure you have a recent edition. Today is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Day. PTSD is a mental illness that affects approximately 5 to 8% of Canadians, and can be a risk a factor for su***de. With knowledge and understanding, coping strategies, and supportive relationships, those struggling with PTSD can learn to manage symptoms and keep safe.

Today (Sunday) we're at Family Pride at THEMUSEUM, and National Indigenous Peoples Month & Pride Month Celebration at Kitchener Market.
