💪 Struggling to Lose Weight in Perimenopause or Menopause?

You’re eating clean, moving your body, and still not seeing results — sound familiar? 😩
It might not be your willpower… it could be insulin resistance.

🩸 What is insulin resistance?
Insulin is the hormone that helps your body move sugar (glucose) from your blood into your cells for energy.
