Most people approach self-discovery in the wrong way. We often think we can decide who we want to be, piecing together an identity based on images of others we admire or resonate with. Then, we try to force ourselves into becoming these ideals.

While it’s true that asking questions and exploring what appeals to you can be helpful, we often overlook the most powerful tool for self-awareness: simply noticing our own experiences. Caught up in the pressures and ambitions of life, we end up working against ourselves instead of truly understanding who we are.

By simply noticing and describing what you feel, you can reconnect with yourself in a profoundly transformative way. This simple practice can unlock a deeper understanding of your authentic self and guide you toward alignment and peace. Starting January 22, I’m guiding a small, 4-week intuition circle for people who want to explore their psychic-intuitive abilities in a grounded, supportive way.

This isn’t about forcing gifts or following rigid techniques.
It’s about relaxing, listening, and allowing your own intuitive language to emerge naturally.

It was this person that started asking the questions I talk about in the and it was the creative process that first led me to start trying to relax and tune into my inner world.
