Bloating, fatigue, hormone imbalances, or feeling constantly “off” are often signs of deeper imbalances.

These symptoms are frequently linked through the gut, stress response, blood sugar regulation, and inflammation pathways.

Agata works with clients to assess diet, lifestyle, and underlying patterns to identify root causes and create a practical, individualized plan.

Stubborn pain doesn’t have to be your normal.

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can help:

✨ improve blood flow
✨ break down scar tissue & calcifications
✨ stimulate healing in targeted areas
✨ reduce chronic pain & stiffness

It’s a safe, effective option to help you move more freely and get back to the activities you love — without surgery or long recovery times.

✨New Practitioner Spotlight

Meet Angelica Middonti, RMT

Angelica is passionate about helping clients move better and feel better through personalized, therapeutic care. With a strong passion for anatomy and understanding how the body functions, she takes a thoughtful approach to treatment.

As a mother of two baby boys, Angelica understands the physical demands that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, parenting and everyday life. She especially enjoys treating prenatal and postnatal clients, as well as those experiencing overuse conditions, muscle tension and stress-related discomfort. Her goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where clients feel cared for, understood and empowered through their wellness journey.

Angelica completed her Massage Therapy diploma at Conestoga College in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph in 2021. Her educational background supports a well-rounded understanding of health, movement and rehabilitation.
She believes massage plays an important role in reducing pain, improving mobility and supporting overall wellness.

Her approach includes a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, passive stretching, Swedish massage and a variety of other techniques.

Anglelica will be in the clinic on Wednesdays starting next week and has evening availability! Booking link in bio 🔗

Let’s talk about your treatment goals.

Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxing for an hour (though we love that part too) 😂

It’s about understanding what your body needs — whether that’s pain relief, tension release, recovery support, or simply space to reset.

Your goals guide the session. Your body sets the pace.

Let’s build a plan that actually supports you 💆‍♀️
