🌱 Spring Enrolment is open for Ease into Fitness with Physiotherapist, Rhonda Chamberlain!
This 8-week Postpartum Rehab Class is designed to help you EASE back into strength training postpartum đź’Ş
This class focuses on the foundations of postpartum recovery including breathing, pelvic floor exercises, core retraining, whole body strengthening and mobility. There will be zero focus on weight loss or “bouncing back”.

Who this class is for: 2-months to 9-months postpartum moms (babies are welcome!)
‍When: Thursdays at 12pm & 1:20pm
Dates: 8-week series from April 23 to June 11, 2026
Cost: $45 per class (Billed as physiotherapy after each class. All classes are required to be attended and payment in full is required for any missed classes.)
*In order for these classes to be covered by physiotherapy benefits, each NEW participant is required to book a 50-minute physiotherapy assessment with Rhonda before the 8-week session begins. Current clients of Rhonda’s will not need an assessment. Returning clients will need a 30-minute follow-up check-in before class begins.
