Happy New Year and wow, so much change since my last email to you…personally, professionally, globally…every level, it seems. How are you holding up, as we navigate this very challenging time?

My dear friends, thank you for being so patient and sticking around during while I stepped away from my healing work, to do my own healing work ❤.

Long story, but my groove, my own expression, and where I want to flow with this has been breathed back into a new life..."Wonder and Wellness" came about because I read a sentence that asked "What wants to come through you?" It stopped me short, because I already knew what that was - but I'd been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out how to implement all these ideas instead of focusing on what does want to come through me - and then just see what happens when I keep that outcome as the focus.

Sometimes it's hard to put all these thoughts and feelings into words...all the ideas, classes, outings, retreats, workshops that I want to do...the outcome is connection. Community. Wonder, as a healing emotion. Wellness, as an adventure, not an endpoint. More questions for all of us to explore together rather than the pressure of needing to have all the answers. All of our beautiful. messy, glorious human selves just doing the best we can in this challenging time on Earth, right now.

Still working on the website but soon! 🙂 I'll be sending out a newsletter by the weekend, and I also created a "Skool" community - I'm still exploring how to best use that, and if you want to come along, it's free for you to sign up!

Jumping right in...I'll be offering Reiki Level 1 on Saturday January 31 with the focus on self-care and on Thursday Feb 5 I'm going to be at the Rock Space for their Soulful Soiree - I'll be offering an interactive evening called "Staying Grounded in a Challenging World" - keep an eye out for separate posts for each of these events, or feel free to message me if you'd like more info on either!
