Are you someone who sits at a desk for work? A student? A breastfeeding momma? Here is a good stretch for you!
✨️ stand with your feet shoulders width apart
✨️ have your forearms resting against a wall infront of you
✨️slide your arms up the wall while bringing your chest and face towards the wall
✨️stay in this position for as long as you'd comfortably like to!

This stretch is great for lengthening the front of our bodies and can help improve posture!

💡 Tips You Need for Stronger Knees!

Want to keep your knees strong, stable, and pain-free? Here’s what to focus on:

✅ Strengthen Muscles Around the Knee – Squats, lunges, step-ups, hip thrusts, and clamshells for extra support.
✅ Improve Mobility & Flexibility – Stretch those hamstrings, quads, and calves; foam roll to release tension.
✅ Low-Impact Strength Training – Try cycling, swimming, resistance bands, and leg press to build strength without the strain.

Build strength now, move with ease later! 💪🦵

🤔 DID YOU KNOW? TIGHT SHOULDERS COULD BE CAUSING YOUR HEADACHES!

When the muscles in your shoulders and neck get tight, they can trigger pain that travels up to your head, leading to tension headaches or even migraines.

💡 Why?

Trigger Points – Those painful knots can refer pain to your head.

Nerve & Blood Flow Compression – Tight muscles limit oxygen to your brain, causing dull headaches.

Poor Posture – Desk work and phone scrolling make it worse by overworking your neck.

Feeling the tension? Try stretching, strengthening your posture, or booking a massage or physio session.

Say goodbye to headaches! Give these tips a try and let us know how it helps! 💆‍♀️
