I focus on helping adults clearly define and reach their personal wellness goals from a holistic perspective — the mind and body are connected in subtle and amazing ways. Realizing that each person is unique in both their challenges and strengths, therapy is molded around individualized needs. We will work together to identify and promote your strengths and resources to cope with the issues or difficulties that concern you. Many therapeutic approaches are found to be helpful in supporting and guiding individuals and families through life’s challenges. I have a compassionate and strengths based approach when working with all individuals. In addition to other interventions and techniques, I have found that CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is an extremely useful approach to working with a wide variety of concerns. I work collaboratively with my clients to set goals and move towards personal wellness.
