A Body In Motion Rehabilitation www.abodyinmotion.ca Our Victoria St. clinic was established in October of 2001 and our NEW Boardwalk location opened in February 2014.

A Body In Motion Rehabilitation is an innovative physiotherapy clinic where our mission is to assist you in achieving total body health and wellness. Movement freedom is the key to obtaining the highest quality of life and as health care professionals; we are dedicated to helping you achieve this goal. At A Body In Motion we pride ourselves with the successes that we have shared with our clientele to date. Our focus is individualized, hands-on treatment by a registered physiotherapist, each and every time you visit our clinic. We provide caring, skillful treatment to clients of all ages and we treat a wide variety of movement impairment conditions, as well as, focusing on injury prevention and client education. Our promise to you is to assist you down the road to a healthy recovery and provide the guidance that is needed to keep you there!! Our services include:

We have also developed many trusting, professional

When we set a new goal, we often imagine the journey as a straight, predictable path, set the intention, and then arrive at success.

But in reality, the pathway to achieving our goals looks very different. There are moments of excitement and energy, followed by periods of frustration, setbacks, and self-doubt.

We might fall off track, need to reset, or re-adjust our approach more than once.

At A Body in Motion, we believe that this winding, imperfect path is not only normal, it’s necessary.

Growth rarely happens in a straight line. Every obstacle, pause, or detour is part of the process that strengthens you and brings you closer to where you want to be.

✨ So if your journey doesn’t look picture-perfect, remember that you’re still moving forward.
