Therapy isn’t just for when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

It’s for learning how to hold yourself together a little better when life gets loud.

It teaches you to pause before reacting, to name your feelings instead of pushing them aside, and to notice patterns you didn’t even realize were running the show.

It’s not always easy, sometimes it’s uncomfortable, sometimes it’s quiet, but it’s how you learn to show up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else.
