Saturday in Kitchener looked a little like this 🐶✨

Smiles were wide. Puppies were everywhere. And the vibes? Unmatched 🤎

From downward dog to puppy cuddles, this class was full of laughter, movement, and the sweetest little interruptions. The moment the pups hit the mat… it was chaos (the best kind) 🐾

Sunday softness + puppy energy 🐾🤎

Kitchener closed out the weekend the best way possible — slow stretches, nonstop cuddles, and little paws running the whole room!

Every pose came with a surprise visitor, every savasana turned into cuddle time, and honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way 🥹

Thank you to everyone who spent their Sunday with us and gave these sweet pups so much love. Your energy made the class what it was 🫶🏽
