I’m excited to be offering this Introductory Yoga with Weights (Iron Yoga) 4 class series in October! Come try it out for free on Oct 3 then decide if you’d like to attend the last 3 weeks for only $60! Preregistration required as there is limited space , so please email or message me with a $20 etransfer to hold your place the first night.
