I’m excited to be offering this Introductory Yoga with Weights (Iron Yoga) 4 class series in October! Come try it out for free on Oct 3 then decide if you’d like to attend the last 3 weeks for only $60! Preregistration required as there is limited space , so please email or message me with a $20 etransfer to hold your place the first night. Once you show up I will refund your $20 in full or it can be applied to the remaining classes. we will finish each class with a short meditation and Savasana 🙏🥰💪🧘🏻‍♀️

Every year I get an influx of clients booking a Reiki session to bring some grounding and restore balance to emotions and reduce stress that seem to arise as we transition into the fall season. Here are my openings for September that are filling up quickly … Note that rates will be going up as of November 1. Current one hour Reiki session is $85.
