Each month we will gather to learn and discuss a specific health topic - see online for details. We are confident at the end of the 5 months that you will walk away feeling energized and motivated, full of ideas to elevate yourself and your family, and connected to ‘your people’.

Yikes! 🤯 I blew my SFN diet this weekend and the month isn’t over yet. BUT I’m trying to get back on the band wagon and finish strong 💪.

We’re almost at the end of the month and so I’m thinking about what’s next?!
- Keeping up the shakes: Honestly, I’ve enjoyed the shakes and I think I’ll keep those going at least 5 days/week.
- More fruit: Also, this month I ate way more fruit than I normally do and I want to keep that up.

The feedback is starting to roll in and after almost 3 weeks of SFN, things are starting to shift! ✅ What are people noticing?
- less bloating
- weight loss
- fitting better into clothes 👖
- fewer cravings
- less need for snacking
But the biggest challenge is always sticking to it! With holidays around the corner it’s tough to commit to any plan for a whole month …. I get it 🤚! I’m already starting to think about what habits I can continue with and what I’m ready to let go of. What’s working for you that you might want to hold on to moving forward?
