2. Quality protein (1/4 plate) Wild-caught fish, pasture-raised chicken, lentils, or eggs, essential for gut lining repair.
3. Healthy fats (1-2 tbsp) Avocado, olive oil, nuts/seeds, or coconut, they reduce inflammation and support nutrient absorption.

Citrus for vitamin C, ginger for digestion, cinnamon for blood sugar balance - all topped with a little sparkle. This Holiday Spiced Citrus Ginger Fizz Mocktail is a must try this season!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
Juice of 1/2 an orange
1-2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Sparkling mineral water
Ice
Optional: fresh rosemary sprig or orange peel for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker or jar, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger, and cinnamon. Shake or stir well.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the mixture over ice, then top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig or twist of orange peel for a festive touch.
