🌿 Feeling overwhelmed by the supplement aisle? You’re not alone. With so many options out there, it can be tough to know what’s actually safe, effective, and worth your money. Here are a few tips to help you choose wisely:

✅ Look for third-party testing
This ensures the supplement is transparent, high-quality, and free from unwanted surprises.

🚫 Skip the additives
Avoid products with artificial flavours, colours, fillers, sweeteners, or sugar. These extras don’t support your health—and can be a red flag for poor quality.

🥦 Choose bioavailable forms
The form of a nutrient matters! For example, methylfolate (5-MTHF) is far better absorbed and used by the body than synthetic folic acid.

🌱 Check the dose
Many “all-in-one” formulas sound impressive but don’t include therapeutic levels of key nutrients. Do your homework—or better yet, work with a pro—to make sure your supplements are truly effective.
