Yoga For All I am on a mission to make yoga more available, less intimidating, and fun for any age and any ability. Join me! I teach in Montreal and Knowlton.

This page will allow you to see my teaching schedule and ask any yoga related questions. It will also allow me to share anything I'm learning with you all. If you're looking for a children's yoga teacher I'm your gal. I am specialized to teach children with special needs but have broadened my teaching to all ages and abilities. Even if you think yoga isn't your "thing" give it a try...you might be surprised!
