Mommy Strong is back, and it’s just what you need to get back into fitness safely after having a baby—and the best part? You can bring your baby so you do not have to worry about childcare!

These classes are designed specifically for postpartum bodies to help restore core and pelvic floor connection while building strength, stability, and lean muscle.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR A new 6- week session starting April 30, and a few spots are still open!

Are you ready get back into fitness after childbirth? To not only regain strength, reconnect core and pelvic floor but also meet other Moms on the same journey?

The next 6 week Mommy Strong Session starts next week!

Tuesdays 11am - Mommy Strong TRX
Wednesdays 11am - Mommy Strong Circuit

Classes take place at Vic Studios in Westmount!

Your baby is absolutely welcome to join, and don't worry, we can even accomodate active little ones!

MOMMY BABY FITNESS CLASSES - JANUARY 2025 - registration is open!

Motherhood changes everything—it’s a new chapter, and the New Year is the perfect time for a fresh approach to fitness!

For me, this was when my fitness journey truly began….

If you’re ready to start (or restart) your fitness journey in a safe, postpartum-friendly way, I’ve got the perfect class for you.

We’ll focus on:�
✨ Rebuilding your core�
✨ Strengthening your pelvic floor�
✨ Boosting your cardio�
✨ Getting strong and lean

No need to worry about childcare—you can bring your little one along! You’ll connect with other moms, and your babies will enjoy socializing too.

Starting January 14th, join our next 6-week session at Vic Studios in Westmount!

TUESDAYS @ 11 AM: A TRX class to build strength and stability.
WEDNESDAYS @ 11 AM: Strong Circuit for core, strength, and cardio.

Babies are welcome but not required!
