Mommy Strong is back, and it’s just what you need to get back into fitness safely after having a baby—and the best part? You can bring your baby so you do not have to worry about childcare!
These classes are designed specifically for postpartum bodies to help restore core and pelvic floor connection while building strength, stability, and lean muscle.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR A new 6- week session starting April 30, and a few spots are still open!
Mommy Strong Circuit Classes take place on Wednesdays @ 11 AM in Westmount at the beautiful Vic Studios.
