Booking System Update ✨

Starting in March, I’ll be switching my online booking from Square back to ClinicSense.

Your booking link will stay the same, it’ll just look a little different on the back end. The way you book appointments won’t change.

If you already have an appointment booked for March or April, it has been transferred over automatically. You don’t need to do anything.

If you run into any issues at all, please message me and I’ll get it sorted right away 🤍

Let me reintroduce myself before 2026!

2025 was a crazy, challenging, amazing year for Raine Wellness! From the big move to starting Wellness Wednesday and everything in between!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s been supporting me especially through the past couple months 🥶 your patience and loyalty has meant everything.

I’m so excited to welcome everyone back into the studio starting January 6th!
Oh ya, also 🤭 THE HEAT IS ON 🤭

Important Studio Update 🤍

Cancellation fees will be waived for the remainder of the month.

As many of you know, I’ve been dealing with ongoing heating issues since October. At the moment, the studio temperature is sitting around 6°C, and typically only rises to 15°C mid-day before dropping again, which is obviously not ideal for massage treatments.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has pushed through the cold, but I also fully recognize that this isn’t a comfortable or fair environment for your care.

For those wondering about the iPad draw being announced on December 23rd:
✨ Anyone who has had an appointment canceled or rescheduled due to the heating issue has still been entered. ✨

I’ve been reassured that the heating issue will be “remedied” by December 19th, and I’m looking forward to closing this chapter and stepping into a fresh, better start in 2026.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support it truly means everything. 🤍
