Rise Early, Reset Your Summer 🌅
We’re opening the doors a little earlier and this is your chance to shape what stays.
For the next two months, we’re running a trial of early morning classes designed to help you start your day with intention, energy, and strength.
Here’s what’s on the schedule:
☀️Wake-Up Yoga Flow
Mondays & Fridays at 6:15 a.m.
Ease into your morning, awaken your body, and set the tone for the day ahead.
💪🏼Early Morning Pilates
Wednesdays at 6:15am
Fire up your core, build strength, and feel accomplished before the world wakes up.
This is more than just a new time slot, it’s an opportunity to create a routine that carries you into summer feeling grounded, strong, and consistent.
If these classes fill, they stay.
If the community shows up, this becomes part of our permanent schedule.
So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to become a morning person… this is it.
