Sauna sessions 💫
Effective immediately, you can upgrade your membership for just $60 and enjoy unlimited open sauna sessions alongside your fitness membership.

If you’re not quite ready for a full commitment, we also offer 5-punch passes as a flexible option. Keep in mind, a single drop-in session is $40—so with your upgrade, you only need to use the sauna about once or twice for it to fully pay off.

This Saturday:

Join us for our Sound Bath session—a beautiful opportunity to reset and restore.

Don’t forget our Foam Rolling session, designed to release tension and support muscle recovery.

We’ll be opening sauna hours before the foam rolling session so you can warm your muscles and experience a deeper, more effective release.

I take full responsibility for my life.

🌗I know the consequences when I eat like trash. Stay up late, over scroll on any social media platform. I also know how it feels to read, to journal, to educate myself and to find my fitness.

What's your routine?
How are your habits?
Are you content as the way things are? We hope so!

If you want to make some additions for higher quality of life, we have classes to offer you. If you're working and unable to get out to our lunch hour classes or if the evenings are too busy with kids, sports or extracurricular activities, we have our 6:15 a.m. class to get you up and out the door before the rest of the world wakes up.

It's not easy. It's hard. It's discipline, but you're in control of your life, so you get to decide how much and how hard you're going to show up for yourself.

Our schedule:
🔥6:15 a.m. classes 3x times a week.
Alternating between yoga, full body flow and stretch & Pilates, A full body strengthening and conditioning.
🔥 Noon HIIT 2x times a week. Slip out of the office and get a cardio boost to keep that energy strong throughout the rest of the day.
🔥 Evenings 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. alternating throughout the week with Pilates and yoga
🔥 Tuesday 6: 45 pm. stretch into a foam rolling class to release tension and knots stored in the body
🔥 Saturday mornings learn the foundations of yoga.
🔥Sundays 7 pm Pilates flow to reset for the week

Private or small group guided sessions available in our infrared sauna for EFT, meditation or breath work. Pm to book.

We have fitness options for you, now Is the time to get into the studio as we expand our fitness classes and then get the secrets to what else is happening behind our doors for your wellness needs!

6:15 a.m. class a nice dark candlelight room to get that body moving. It gets nice and hot when you start moving through your yoga flow or Pilates. Start your day while the rest of the world's still in bed!

9:30 a.m. stay consistent with your all levels of Yoga flow.
There is an opportunity to advance your practice or learn the foundations. Either way, this class is where everyone learns.

NEWEST CLASS HIIT. 45 minutes at noon. Twice a week. Build into your routine cardio and strength, building your momentum with us now is the time to start with our 8-week session. DM To get on the program

Evenings alternating, 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Matt Pilates and 30 minutes of a yoga flow with 30 minutes of a deep stretch.

ANOTHER NEW ADD ON!
Tuesdays at 6:45 foam rolling stretch use this opportunity and time to find tension in the shoulders calves quads hips and use our equipment to help roll out any knots.

For the next two months, we’re running a trial of early morning classes designed to help you start your day with intention, energy, and strength.

Here’s what’s on the schedule:

☀️Wake-Up Yoga Flow
Mondays & Fridays at 6:15 a.m.
Ease into your morning, awaken your body, and set the tone for the day ahead.

💪🏼Early Morning Pilates
Wednesdays at 6:15am
Fire up your core, build strength, and feel accomplished before the world wakes up.

This is more than just a new time slot, it’s an opportunity to create a routine that carries you into summer feeling grounded, strong, and consistent.

Led by our new instructor David! He brings amazing energy and a fun, lighthearted vibe to the space 🤍this class is all about fascia release + recovery.

Your fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, and when it becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to stiffness, soreness, and limited mobility. Through foam rolling, we help to release that tension, increase blood flow, and restore movement in the body.

This class can help you:
• Reduce muscle tightness + soreness
• Improve flexibility + mobility
