I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner of 16 years, Warrior Goddess Facilitator & Shadow Guide & Shamanic Pracitioner drawing from my European Gaelic and my Metis Roots. I’ve created and developed remarkably effective transformational practices that address awakening and embodiment on all levels. Known for my unique workshops on spiritual growth, energy healing, reclamation of the divine feminine, shadow work and shamanism and the awakening path that is unique to women, has had a profound impact on many women across the globe. Cynthia brings 16 years of teaching, workshop creation, facilitating and coaching experience to her work. I have studied, practiced and taught leadership through the Warrior Goddess Sisterhood, 16 years of teaching Reiki Classes with hundreds and hundreds of clients and student , shamanism, energetic healing, Munay-Ki Rites of Passage, meditation, shadow work, the chakra system and mind-body connection. My audiences connect with her down-to-earth no nonsense approach and often experience remarkable awakenings, transformations and healings. My strong connection with nature and spirit has support me to move through lifes darkest moments and transmute them into the biggest lessons, passions and strengths of her life. Using these experiences and teachings, I guide people on their own path to healing, empowerment and expansion. I hold a very strong compassionate container for those I work with and have a very gentle approach although I will and do hold accountable those souls who feel guided to work with me in any of my classes, workshops & group coaching. When you like &/or share posts, even though you may not realize it, you are sparking the interest of people who may have never heard about the wonderful benefits of Reiki or becoming a Warrior Goddess, diving into your Shadows, or even realizing that we, as women have reached a time to take better care of ourselves. I am on my own healing journey, I would describe myself as a “work in progress.” I am a Lupus Thriver and Wellness Warrior with several chronic autoimmune illnesses including Lupus and RA as well as COPD

I don’t think it would have been possible to support others and teach Reiki with any real authenticity if I hadn’t experienced some of the health problems I have been going through, and therefore healing needs, that I have had over the years. Through my own dark night of the soul, coming through the other side took commitment, courage and strength. A goal of mine is to share some of my experiences and assist other people become aware of the many benefits of Reiki and diving in deeply into our shadows and Goddess Essence to keep the system in balance and help prevent illness as well as to treat other chronic illnesses. My first love on this journey was Reiki and still is – Reiki is a complementary medicine that goes hand in hand all other treatments including traditional medicine. It has been used to treat almost every known illness or disease on the physical and emotional levels. Reiki is also beneficial in helping us to stay healthy and keep our systems in balance to prevent illnesses. The main benefits are stress reduction and relaxation which triggers the body's own healing abilities, but there are many more. Although Reiki is and always will be my first energy “love”, my Warrior Goddess Facilitator Training & working in the Dark Shadow Goddess Energy took me deep deep into accepting my healing journey with Lupus. As I moving deeper into my Crone years, I work closer to a more cyclic living with the Elements of earth, air, fire and water with the Directions of the East, South, West and North, the Moon cycles and, of course Goddess (or whatever name you choose to use to connect). A Letter from Lila

A Lymphie’s Journey Back to Herself 🌸

Dear You 🤍

I didn’t lose myself all at once.
It happened slowly… quietly… between responsibilities, survival, and trying to be strong.

My body started speaking long before I listened.
The swelling. The heaviness. The fatigue that sleep didn’t fix.
The way my clothes felt tighter — not just around my waist, but around my breath 🌊

I told myself it was normal.
I told myself to push through.
I told myself I’d “sort it out later”.

But later became pain.
Later became inflammation.
Later became a body that felt unfamiliar — like it was holding on to things it no longer knew how to release 🕊️

What I’m only beginning to understand now…
Is that my relationship with food was shaped long before I had a choice.

I grew up around food chosen for survival — not nourishment.
Finances were limited.
Big pots of pasta were made so they could last longer.
Bread in the morning and bread at night, because that was all my mom had to give.

There was no education around food — only gratitude that there was food.
And slowly, without anyone meaning harm, that became my foundation.
A body taught to endure.
A nervous system wired for scarcity.
A relationship with food built on fear, not safety 🤍

This was my Day 1.
Not a detox.
Not a cleanse.
Not a complete lifestyle overhaul.

Just one decision.

My only goal that day was simple —
to choose food that wouldn’t harm me.
Food that wouldn’t inflame me.
Food that wouldn’t leave my body fighting for hours after eating 🍽️

I didn’t try to be perfect.
I didn’t restrict.
I didn’t punish my body.

I chose safety over sabotage.
Gentleness over guilt 🤍

What I didn’t know then…
Was that my lymphatic system was overwhelmed.
That my body wasn’t broken — it was burdened.

No one taught me that fluid holds emotion.
That stress thickens lymph.
That hormones, inflammation, trauma, and exhaustion all slow the very system meant to protect me 🌿

So I stopped fighting my body…
And started listening 🤍

I learned that healing doesn’t come from punishment.
It comes from gentleness.
From movement that feels safe.
From nourishment that supports flow.
From rest that isn’t earned — but deserved ✨

This is me now.
Not perfect. Not finished.
But softer. Lighter. More aware.

I am learning to trust my body again.
To choose myself again.
To return — slowly — to who I was always meant to be 🌸

What feels different is that I’m calm this year. (So far) My nervous system has been releasing and relaxing more and more with everything I’ve been doing in support

Last year taught me a lot and sitting back I can see how certain things needed to happen as they did

I don’t do resolutions. I do realign and take time for my word of the year (it hasn’t come yet).

I love my full moon 🌕 and new moon 🌚 write and burns. Try it today/tonight. Write down what energies you’re not taking with you into 2026 and burn the s**t out them. You don’t need them following you around in 2026- maybe ask how donyou want to feel, what do you want, what son you want more of? Less of? What are your exhausted from carrying?
