As of Thursday Oct. 9, Dr Jones will be out of the office to heal from a neck injury ( nothing major ). He is hoping to tentatively be back in the office Tuesday Oct 21. We will be checking messages daily and calling patients to move upcoming appointments that were booked during this time.

This is on our street, so parking will be harder to find than ever! Construction| 49B Avenue Sidewalk Improvements

Construction will begin on the east side of 49B Avenue tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 3rd, 2025). The project includes sidewalk replacement and widening, as well as the installation of new benches, garbage bins, and landscaping enhancements.

Construction impacts are expected to primarily affect parking lanes. However, there may be temporary periods of single-lane traffic managed by flaggers. We encourage residents and drivers to be cautious and watch for construction activity in the area.

Work is scheduled to continue until early October.
