but we are of the opinion that Physiotherapy does not exist without Exercise!

It takes teamwork to achieve your desired results from your physio sessions.
Your treatment sessions AND the exercises go hand in hand.
If you want to see long term progress, you will need to be consistent with the exercise component as well.

When it comes to your physiotherapy exercises you always have options:
◾️Your physiotherapist can work through those exercises with you during your appointments (keep in mind that this method may require a longer appointment, or take precedence over manual therapy that day).
◾️You can do the exercises at home; most can be done with minimal equipment.
◾️You can do them at your local gym, pool, etc.
The key is to find what works for you so that you can make it consistent!
