Have you ever felt overwhelmed, shut down, or like you're constantly on edge? These feelings may be tied to your window of tolerance and how full your stress bucket is.

✨ Window of Tolerance: This is your optimal zone where you can handle stress, stay grounded, and feel in control. When you're outside of this window, you might feel anxious, hyper-aroused, or disconnected and numb.

✨ Stress Bucket: Imagine you have a bucket that collects all your stressors—work deadlines, family responsibilities, unexpected challenges, etc. When the bucket overflows, it can lead to burnout, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm.

🧠 Here are a few tips to expand your window of tolerance and manage your stress bucket:
🪴Self-care matters: Regular rest, exercise, and mindfulness can help reduce the load in your bucket.
💡 Recognize triggers: Understand what pushes you out of your window of tolerance and work on coping strategies.
🌸 Seek support: Whether it's a trusted friend or therapist, talking can help you process and release stress.
