For years, I thought January meant feeling exhausted, sick, recovering and down after the holidaze. 🤪🫨🤧🤕
For years I’d say, “I’ll do things differently next year” but I was too burnout and depressed to address what stirred up. 😢
All I knew is THAT didn’t align for me. 🙂↔️
If you want to feel differently this time next year, it starts with tiny 1° turns toward what ALIGNS FOR YOU. It feels impossible to do alone and that’s ok because you’re not! 🙋♀️
If you want to feel heathy and clear throughout the busiest times, start simple with support at the slow times when you remember how hard it is. (Like now!) 👋
If you want to feel connected with loved ones without bitterness, resentment, guilt or shame, learn how to with someone you feel safe with. ❤️
If you want to feel rested and peaceful, discover how to regulate your nervous system and prioritize your energy so you’re prepared for the difficult times. 😌
If you want to feel comfortable in your body, please don’t shame yourself into a restrictive cycle, meet yourself where you are with a trusted partner to take care of your body. ✨
