Instead of TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY you’re feeling what you’re feeling (which is a spiral recipe 🧠🌀 🤦‍♀️), ASK THIS INSTEAD:

1. WHAT is this feeling? 🖐️
Naming the emotion stops the spiral and brings you in to the present moment. Ex. hurt, anger, disappointment, guilt.

2. WHERE do you feel it? 👀
Bring your attention (and a hand if it’s within reach) to the part of your body that is feeling the physical sensation(s). 90 seconds of attention frees it to move through you.

SAFETY or FREEDOM: comes first? 🐓🥚

For years I used tools to feel safe.🧘‍♀️✍️🫖

While therapy gave me ways to feel safe, coaching asked me to consider the thought for the first time. 🤔 🤷‍♀️

I realized 2 things: 💡

1. In this moment, I am safe. 😅
2. I am capable of feeling unsafe. 🥲

It wasn’t until I questioned the thought that I was believing, “I need to feel safe”, that I had access to the truth that (1) I AM SAFE and (2) I’M SAFE TO FEEL UNSAFE.

Now that I know that I’m safe, I’m free to feel unsafe- and I feel safe. Wtf? Yup. 😵‍💫

I got coached & it turns out I had all my answers. 🤩✨

No more coping- I had that covered from therapy. I finally got a map for freedom. 🗺️

Freedom > Coping. 😅
Game forever changed. ✨ 💫✨

The thing is we don’t know what thoughts are limiting because we believe they’re true. This is why we need coaching! 🙋‍♀️

As a coach, I listen to my clients and ask them about thoughts that I see they’re struggling with. 🤦‍♀️ 💭 🤔

This prompts them to unravel their attachment and GET FREE. 🌱 💫

Yup, that’s coaching! 🤯
